The gentleman that came out was very kind, very professional. He explained the detail on the process completely carpet looked wonderful. Smelled wonderful done in a very timely manner. Dried within a few hours.

You always do such an amazing job on out carpets! You were able to get out the high traffic area stain by our front door that the other carpet cleaning company we used before you were not able to! You are our only go-to when it is time to get our carpets clean!

Nothing but great things to say about Ionic Fresh!! From the beginning they were great. Having just purchased our first home, we were very eager to get the carpets cleaned.
I had called on a Tuesday to get about 1100 sqft of carpet cleaned. I had a wonderful conversation with the scheduler about the home and how eager we were to move in. Unfortunately she informed me the earliest they could get out was the next Monday, to which we agreed, but for her to let me know if anything sooner opens up.
Everything happens for reason because she had texted me letting me know they could be out on Saturday due to a cancellation.
Say less!!! The Mrs is happy so you know I'm happy. 😄😄
Then I met Cy!!! What a GREAT MAN. To be honest I'm going to use and recommend Ionic Fresh simply on this man alone. He was kind, considerate, and carried an air of clear passion for his work! Got the job done extremely fast and extremely well. I've paid significantly more for less quality of work with less carpet. Somebody give that man raise!! Great job y'all 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

There was some miscommunication and they didn't show up for the appointment I scheduled. I was frustrated because we had moved all the furniture, etc. However, I rescheduled because we already paid and I'm so glad I did! I never thought all the stains would come out of my carpet, but they're all gone! The carpet looks great and the service was very professional. The gentleman that came to the house was extremely polite and got right to work. Ionic Fresh will be getting regular calls from me!

I come from a HUGE family, so recently over the holidays I had a ton of family over, and of course they left everything a mess. I had whine stains, muddy foot prints (yuck), and other things I'd rather not know about. I was looking for somewhere affordable and the company definitely fit my budget, on top of that the people I spoke to were really nice. When the tech came he was real polite and got the work done on good time. The carpet is dry now and it looks really nice, all the stains are virtually gone. Overall I was so pleased with their attitude and service, for in the past I've had very bad experiences

I recently hired Ionic Fresh to clean my carpets that have not been professionally cleaned for the past 7 years. We normally rent a rug doctor, which over time messed up our carpet. We were planning to replace the entire carpet, that's when a family friend referred us to Ionic Fresh. The technicians who cleaned our carpet did an excellent job and the carpet in some rooms was restored to a like new condition. We have since cancelled plans of replacing the carpet. This is an excellent company.

They cleaned our bathroom floor tiles and the carpet in the family, office, living and two bed rooms. I am very impressed with the final results. Our floor tile and carpet has never looked this good since we owned the house from 1999. The technicians from Ionic Fresh were friendly and knowledgeable. Try them for yourself.

Best carpet cleaner
I had my carpet recently done by Ionic Fresh. It is beyond words on how they did a good job. My 16 years carpet looks new again. They even cleaned a 6x6 rug free for me.

The best tile and carpet cleaning i have ever had done to our house. The service personnel were professional, well spoken and dressed. They took time to clean our carpet and tile. The final result was just amazing. These guys are very hard working, though friendly.

excellent service
Only problem was their cost to move furniture which I didn't pay, hence some furniture was cleaned around. Don't think that's ever been my experience with carpet cleaners in my past. They were on time, they were expedient, they were pleasant.

Honest and did a good job
I had them clean my mothers carpet, saw the results and had them clean my carpet too. Both results were beyond what I have experienced with other carpet cleaners. I have referred them to my family and friends, and everyone who has used them seems happy.
