Carpet Cleaning
Furniture:
- Light Furniture (such as chairs, small tables) may be moved at our discretion, if it is safe to do so.
- Large or Heavy Items (such as beds, dressers, sofas, sectionals, appliances, and electronics) must be moved by the customer prior to our arrival if you want cleaning underneath.
- We will not move or relocate large furniture, appliances, or electronics unless prior arrangements have been made in writing before the scheduled service.
- Due to safety and liability compliance, customers are not allowed to move furniture once the cleaning process has started.
- If moving furniture isn’t possible, we can clean around the items, but some areas may not be fully cleaned.
Pets:
- Pets: Secure pets in a separate room or area to keep them safe and reduce stress.
Floor prep:
- Floor Prep: Vacuum, if possible, remove fragile objects from floors, and clear small items from the cleaning area.
Expectations:
- We use hot water extraction to remove dirt, stains, and pet odors.
- Carpets may be slightly damp after cleaning.
Upholstery Cleaning
Furniture Prep:
- Ensure that the furniture to be cleaned is accessible and free from obstructions.
- Remove decorative items or fragile objects from surfaces.
- Vacuum the furniture if possible
Pets:
- Keep pets away from the furniture being cleaned.
Expectations:
- Safe, fast-drying cleaning methods are used on sofas, chairs, sectionals, and other fabric furniture.
- Stains and odors are treated carefully
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Floor Prep:
- Sweep or vacuum to remove loose debris.
- Move small floor items plus any furniture out of the way.
Pets:
- Keep pets safely away from the cleaning area.
Expectations:
- Deep cleaning removes dirt, grime, and discoloration. Grout may appear darker immediately after cleaning but will brighten as it dries.
Pet Odor & Stain Removal
Furniture and flooring
- Clear surfaces where stains are located for easier access.
- Light Furniture (such as chairs, small tables) may be moved at our discretion, if it is safe to do so.
- Large or Heavy Items (such as beds, dressers, sofas, sectionals, appliances, and electronics) must be moved by the customer prior to our arrival if you want cleaning underneath.

- Keep pets away from treated areas until completely dry.
Expectations:
- We use safe, professional solutions to remove odors and stains, helping your home smell fresh and clean.
Area Rug Cleaning
Prep
- Roll or move rugs to ensure we can access all areas.
- Remove any furniture or obstacles.
Pets:
- Keep pets away from rugs during cleaning.
Expectations:
- Rugs are cleaned using appropriate methods based on fiber type.
- Some rugs may require drying time.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Furniture prep:
- Move office furniture, chairs, and small items before we arrive.
- Cleaning around items is possible, but full results are achieved only in cleared areas.
Employees:
- Make arrangements to limit foot traffic during cleaning.
Expectations:
- We deliver professional, efficient service with minimal disruption to your business operations
24-Hour Emergency Water Extraction
Prep:
- Remove valuable items or electronics from the affected area if possible.
Furniture:
- Move what you can, but we can clean around heavy furniture if necessary.
Pets:
- Secure pets away from the water extraction area.
Expectations:
- Rapid water extraction to prevent further damage.
- Floors and carpets may remain damp; drying equipment will be used.
Mattress Cleaning Preparation
Prep:
- Ensure the bed is fully accessible.
- Remove bedding, pillows, and mattress toppers.
- Vacuum or remove loose debris from the mattress if possible. Ensure the mattress is free from heavy objects or personal items.
- Any nearby furniture should be moved beforehand if possible.
- Ionic Fresh staff do not move furniture during cleaning, so please make sure the mattress and surrounding area are clear.
Pets:
- Keep pets secured in another room during the cleaning process to avoid interference and ensure their safety.
Expectations:
- We use professional, safe cleaning solutions to remove dirt, allergens, and odors from your mattress.
- The mattress may remain slightly damp after cleaning; allow drying time before replacing bedding.
- Stains and odors are treated with specialized methods to restore freshness.
