How do you price your services?

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

- Enjoy our Multi-Room Savings: 2 Rooms for $119 or 3 Rooms for only $139 (that’s just $46 per room!).
- Note: A $99 minimum applies to a single-room or small service visits
- Our room size is anything up to 200 sq.ft, roughly 14 feet X 14 feet.
- Rooms larger than this will be considered as one and half or two depending on the size.
- Three rooms basic cleaning (600 sq.ft) is $139 and thereafter $20 to $29 for each additional room.
- This does not include pet odor and stain removal or extremely heavy soiling.
- Most homeowners spend between $29–$59 extra per room for pet odor and stain removal as an optional add-on if needed.
- Stain protection is $25 extra per room as an optional add-on.
- Deodorizer to help with minor odors that are not related to pet stains is $10 extra per room.
